    quite a lot of things went through my mind again
    a number of people are looking at me and see how much further i can go
    there are people who will support me till the end
    while there are people who are waiting to see how hard will i fall
    for those who are supporting me
    i know you guys are challenging me to emerge
    sorry, i really do not have the courage to do so
    i'm not confident that i will stay as how i am right now
    you guys may see only the good points about me
    i'm afraid that i will not be able to keep this good heart & rational mind
    no matter that i will work hard and improve
    and eventually joining you guys as one of the ELITES
    for those who are watching me
    you guys won't see it
    because each time i fall i will come back stronger as well
    and eventually i will overtake you guys and emerge as one of the best
    so watch how a turkey turn into an eaglet and then evolve into an EAGLE
    soaring high high high up into the sky

    met my sec teacher Mr.Tan from Tanglin Sec Sch during milkrun
    he asked me to go back to Tanglin and start a squad there
    i don't have a cert yet
    how to go back to coach?
    i told him wait till i get my coach cert
    lOLx !!
    anyway, that time got people asked me
    why you don't want to coach your squad?
    i replied :"I got no certification"
    they asnwered :"Certification =X= Qualification"
    in my heart :"I know that too. But W/O certification, don't even need to talk about Qualification even though you may be qualified. Because this world is a real world. People look at your achievement and Certification"
    and today someone asked me the same question again
    "You are the coach for TP Blazers?"
    WHAT THE FREAK !!
    I'M NOT CERTIFIED YET ~
    SO STOP ASKING ME this kind of question and stress me out
    however, CERTIFIED its just a matter of time
    ^^
