If you're a FLYER be a FLYER
If you're a BASE be a BASE
If you're a NOBODY then be a SOMEBODY

-Mark (TPBlazers)

I remembered we were all SHOCKED when Mark said that
HEEHEEx !!
Well, time for some reflections

Am i trying to be a SOMEBODY when I'm a NOBODY?

Sorry, I cannot accept things the way they are when they ain't right
Sorry, I like to be truthful, it is better to present to you the truth so that you will learn than hide it from you and you continue to be ignorant
Sorry, I think I'm a thinker as well as a judges
I present facts and only fact I will lay my eyes upon
I just feel that certain things should be done in a certain way and should be done in an orderly manner
I guess that we are all just in the learning process
I may be wrong
I may be right
I'm willing to change if I'm wrong
If I'm right, I hope people give me supports and approval
I ain't perfect so are you
I can accept the way you behave but that does not mean that I approve it
When the time is right, I guess we'll put it all onto the table together with reasoning and justifications
I learned A LOT of things and I'm starting to learn that sometimes some of my styles are not that appropriate
I admit it that I was wrong at certain issues while some I was definitely right
One mistake people made doesn't means that the rest of things he/she do will be a mistake
same thing goes for the right thing which someone had done
One right things people made doesn't means that the rest of the thing he/she do will be correct
I think it's about time to look back and think thoroughly what's wrong with each one of us and start doing something about it
I LOVE thresh-out session
Because this is the ONLY time that people are forced to learn to accept COMMENTS and also REFLECT on what they've been doing
Be it RIGHT or WRONG, let's look at how other people look at it
Sometime, I assume power in my hands because sometimes other people do not want to use their power because they care about how other people feels while I'm different, as long as I'm right, I will do what is necessary to maintain this order and sometimes to the extent of being heartless
Well, that's the reason why Larry called me a CHICKEN, I guess
Being fierce is not what I want, if you realise I've been trying to speak in a softer tone
BUT nobody's listening
MARK always ask me not to shout at the JC students
Then I put it to a test
When they stroll in
I said nicely :"C'mon, C'mon, quick. faster"
They did not react
And when I really cannot take it anymore and I raised my voice
Then they start moving
Of course, I know that shouting does not works everytime
People will be bored of getting SCOLDED and SCREAMED at
Now I will start by reminding them a few times, then I will only raise my voice when it is out-of-control
LIKE IT OR NOT
This is the way it work, it has been proven workable
You decide to sit/stand there not to do a thing and couldn't care less because, I believed that, YOU DO NOT CARE
You are still only concerned about your own IMPROVEMENTS
Until you realise that we are a team
Untill you can look at the big picture, I don't think you will get much of your IMPROVEMENTS

Train of thoughts was interrupted
Forgot what I want to say
Continue when I remember
A reflection of what I've done the past 6 months
