a few things I've decided to do
1.) NO Round-OFF for the next 1 week
2.) NO Back-Hand-Spring for the next 1 week
3.) NO Toss-Up during training until I got my basics done

Basically, I'm injured on my wrist & my ankle
IRRITATING injuries, yes it is
I can't even JOG for God's sake
I jog with the team for 1.5 rounds my legs already gave away
Heard from the Chinese physician that my SOFT SOFT JELLY at my heel GONE liao
So everytime when i do a little bit more ROUND-OFF
My heel will hurt like HELL
It seriously hurt la
It used to hurt, but I don't care and still continue to run
Because I don't want people to think that injured means can slack and don't run
But today its seriously BUAY TAHAN
So i decided to ran a side and start applying COUNTER-PAIN *hope that it helps*
YEAPX
Hopefully the UPCOMING Saturday that we will be training with the JC student as well as the PRO-CHEERLEADERS, we can do some toss up again
for the fun of it

MISS HER SIA !!
I remember i always tell myself that
"If we were to give up, She should be the first to give up, if she doesn't then I won't give up"
and I told myself that I will fight on because of her
Now I fight for myself
I train to raise my own value and not for the team
Of course, when I'm still in the team, this is where I belong to. And if I couldn't commit to a small team like that, I don't think I can do anything bigger.
