i saw VJ Knight doing 1-1-1 (probably a step up, not sure) and single base extension
can we do that?

sometimes, it just curious me that why can't we learn from people who are better than us? it does not matter whether their character is good or not, as long as they have the skills to teach, why can't we accept the guidance they could offer? Why can't we lower our pride to go and learn from them? What we want to learn is their skills not their attitude & character. If you think by learning their skills will affect our attitude & character, then it only prove one thing, that is we are not that good afterall because we get affected easily by others' influence. And our attitude and character is not stable enough. Then what we have to learn is to be who we are while learning the skills others could offer to us. Basically, learn the good things & discard the bad things. It is as simple as that. So we got to discern what is beneficial to us and what is not. Don't blame others for their culture, nobody is perfect. If you think that their culture is unacceptable, are our culture acceptable then? It's juat a matter of perception. No matter what you guys say, as much as I'm concern, I will continue learning from whoever i think can help me. And I will respect for the skills they have and guidance they going to give me. This is the way I do things, to be FAIR to everyone. And I will be responsible for decisions I've made.
