i dare to say that today is definitely the best sunday ever spent YET
went church this morning
was late AGAIN
simply because my father went in to the toilet before and started washing NONO up when i want to go to bath
RAWR !!
anyway, today i learnt MANY MANY stuff
i know alot of people gonna whack me for this
but i went for a "SECRET" partner stunts training with Denvers, Magnum & Aces
SORRY PEOPLE !!
i didn't want to go initially
but then andra & zhiliang going
so i went in the end
was really a great session
tried a few back-tucks
showed star my BHS, a little bit more stuff to correct
failed to toss pamela up
abit discouraged and never do anymore
but then
in the end still went to do somemore with those fresh flyers
initially was rather difficult
star corrected me a few parts here and there
starting to toss up correctly
slowly progress with different flyers
joan then sheena then elizabeth (BB?) then amy (she's really very easy to toss up)
then finally pamela TOSS UP TO HAND
I CAN DO IT !! !!
the trick is CHUT KA LIAO
don't do half-heartedly
and then extension is becoming nothing these days

alot of nonsense thingy going on la actually

alot of competitions going on
HEALTHY competition
had a talk with zhaoming & star
talk quite alot and really inspired :)
