Ring ring..
My phone rang. It was Shannon who called me on this fine nice weather night while I was trying to mug hardly.
She first asked me :" What are you doing?"
Me :" Studying lohx.. Exam now mahx"
She :" So how? You ok mahx?"
Me :" Yar.. Like that lohx..."
She :" I got a good news and a bad news for you"
I kept silence and start thinking what's the GOOD and BAD news.
In my mind a few possibilities came in.
She :" The bad news is that my CG is going to disband le"
I kept silence for about another 15 seconds
To be specific, I was stunned for about 15 seconds
Finally, what meant to come had came.
She continued :" And the GOOD news is that I'm going to give you a chance to choose to follow me or go other CG."
I Thank You Father in Heaven that I have a
Great leader like Shannon.
I thought for a little while. I choose to follow her.
As we continue with the conversation, I told her that suddenly she wants me to change CG I also no idea where to go. If she don't want me then i'll go then. But it ends up with her saying.
She :" So, you don't want to choose?"
Me :" Yar. Stay with you loh"
Then we hung up the phone.
Then in my mind, this phrase which one of the Pastor said to Pastor Kong appeared.
'Pastor, wherever you go I'll go'
And I told Shannon thru SMS.
Me :" Shannon... 2 weeks ago, I've made the decision to press into your life. I do not know how much I can do for you. But wherever you go, I'll go. So please don't give me away"
She replied :" I'm glad that I'm still able to serve you as your leader. I'm just thinking if I'm still able to do anything for you not about you doing anything for me. Anyway,
thanks for the assurance. :)"
Deep in my heart, there's a place for my CGL Shannon Lee Pei Shan. Which no one can replace.
I just want to say this, Shannon, It doesn't matter even if you can't do anything for me. Because you've done enough for me.
I'll fight for you and not cheering you on.
Not only a FIGHTER but a Good FIGHTER for you. =)
