arnold press - 17.5kg
deadweight lift - 40kg
leg press - MAX (ACHIEVED)
squats - 90kg (not MAXED yet)
barbell toss - 40kg
bench press - 50kg
wings - ?
really truly realised that my stablising muscle is freaking weak
i tried doing 40kg barbell extension then slowly LIB
i hold it for awhile then my whole upper arm started shaking
its like TREMBLING that kind of feeling
shucks !! i will seriously train hard
need to come up with a BRAND NEW GYM-ing routine liao
quite satisfied with today's training
maybe because i gym-ed before that
30 squats 70,80,90kg + 60 leg press MAX
after doing the lunges
wall chair is really a TORTURE
i can't tahan for 60counts after 3 sets
we did 6 sets in total thou
my legs are like ACHING now
