to Team Blazers Blazerians:
Hey there girls, i know you girls are trying hard. I'm not forcing you guys to do difficult stunts now. Because i know we are all limited by our physical attributes. I'm also weak to a certain extents, that's why I'm training hard to build up my strength, arm and leg power. That's the reason why I'm not asking you guys to do all those toss-ups yet. But please do train up, tone up and slim down. My friend told me that no point for guys to go gym when the girls are not going. Because when the guys are gaining strength, its even better when the flyers could actually slim down, tone up and most importantly build up their strength as well. Arm power, leg power to launch off, locking and flexibility. Then with the better physical attribute, combine with the technique, *booom* We can do complex stunts for sure. I'm also anxious to do more difficult stunts, but I don't want to rush, I don't want to forcefully make you guys to train. I want to see self-motivated trainings, self-motivated gym session. All I want to say is that "If you want it, you gotta fight for it. It will not drop from heaven" You want to fly? Train harder. ON YOUR OWN not during training only. Because it's never enough. Other team are going to gym 3-4 times/week when we don't at all. That's the difference in the level of commitment and the level of passion. In addition, the girls appear in GYM as well.
Sometimes really feel like abandoning the team and proceed on my own. But its pointless if only I, one person, alone improving. Yes, I can train up and then change team, there are seriously many open teams for me to join. But it defeat the SPIRIT of CHEERLEADING and TEAM SPIRIT. We are here to improve TOGETHER, as a TEAM. I really want to see improvement. Improvement in level of commitment, improvement in the difficulty level of stunts and etc...
Last but not least, FLYERS!! Love you girls to the max YOx. Thanks for being my flyer :)
As for the guys, the few which I want to see improvement are already doing their best in improving. KEEP IT UP man. But I serisously hope that you guys don't rush it can? We can do it, "Slow & Steady, Wins the race" Don't rush, do know your limits. Spare a thought for others as well. Other people may not keep up with your pace. Sometimes, it's good to slow down and help weaker people around you as well. Instead of asking people to do more, we can actually do more for others. Jia you !! !!
Can we do it?
DANGYUNHAJI :)
Cheers
