15 October 2007

my daddy was at Ritz Carlton
i paid him a visit
we sat down and talked
he asked me :" Hong, how many people do you think that they could pay out of their own pocket to stay in such expensive hotel with the room rate at $500+/night"
he continued :" Let's assume that its 5% of the world population"
he asked :" You think carefully and make the choice whether you want to be part of the 5% or the 95%?"
i did not answer a thing
of course deep in my heart i wanted to be the 5%
but soon, i changed my mind
i decided to be the 1%
who then are the 1%?
they are those who owns the Hotels
SGD $1,000,000 by 30 years old
possible?
